How long can the treatment effect last?
Depending on the patient’s skin conditions. Generally, patients can expect skin tightening and face shape enhancement after treatment. Skin tightening and complexion will gradually improve over 2 to 3 months after the treatment, and results remain for 1 – 5 years although some remain for even longer depending on the procedure done and materials used.
Is there any downtime?
The LIFT treatment is associated with little to some downtime which will be advised accordingly. Some treatments are zero downtime, which means you can typically be in and out of the doctor’s office and back to work right after. Some treatments have some downtime which range from minimal redness to possible bruising for few hours to few days depending on the treatment done. You will be counselled accordingly before embarking on the chosen treatment.

Patients may experience some warmth during the treatment session, but there is no pain after the treatment.
Minimal downtime involved with Thread Lift.
The lifting effect is instant for Thread Lift. With certain procedures, some amount of bruising may be present although this can be avoided with good pre and post procedure advice e.g – to stop any blood thinning medications or supplements such as aspirin , fish oils, garlic pills etc. A consultation is a must to make sure that your medical condition warranting these treatments takes precedence over the aesthetic treatment planned.
